Connected accounts
Connected accounts, narrowest access
When you connect Gmail, Outlook, or your calendar, Hanna requests the narrowest access that makes the feature work — and uses it only inside your workspace.
Hanna's use of Google APIs follows the
Google API Services User Data Policy
, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Opt-in, reversible. Connect or disconnect any time; disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and cached content.
Minimum scopes only. Read and send your mail, manage your own calendar events, and read contacts for recipient auto-complete. Nothing broader.
Used only for what you see. Your inbox, calendar, and AI summaries and drafts — generated for you. Never for advertising, never to train generalized AI/ML models.
Same guardrails as client data. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest and access is scoped per user at the connector layer.
Documents and signatures, in your name. Send an agreement from your connected mailbox, the client signs with no new account, and the signed PDF plus a timestamped audit trail (sent, opened, signed) come back to your file - the same data-layer guardrails as client data.
